2. The individual nodes relayed information to each other, forming a continuous communication link in buildings and flooded streets.
3. Frontline personnel transmitted real-time information about the location of trapped people and images of water accumulation in houses.
4. The temporary command vehicle at the front deployed a self-organizing network convergence base station to aggregate multiple video streams.

Scene 3: UAV aerial relay + aerial disaster situation reconnaissance
1. The unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with an airborne ad hoc network and takes off to act as a relay node in the high-altitude area, bypassing the obstructions caused by mountains and buildings, thereby significantly expanding the coverage radius.
2. The unmanned aerial vehicle conducts aerial photography of river overflows, inundation areas, and road damage conditions, and transmits high-definition video footage in real time to the front command post.
3. Ground soldiers and vehicle-mounted nodes are interconnected with the unmanned aerial vehicle, forming a three-dimensional network of "air base station + ground terminal"; it is suitable for mountain floods, large-scale internal flooding, and remote disaster areas where vehicles cannot reach for disaster investigation.

Scene Four:Multi-level Command Coordination
1. The on-site self-organizing network is responsible for carrying all local emergency rescue terminal communications.
2. The frontline command node can connect to satellite portable stations and emergency public network base stations.
3. Multiple on-site videos and disaster situation data will be transmitted back to the county and city flood control command centers. This enables on-site visual consultations, and allows remote experts to simultaneously analyze the flood situation, issue transfer and emergency rescue instructions.
